    • Bernardo was a pivotal figure in the development of ECRA’s technology during the pre-ECRA era. He played an instrumental role in providing custom remote receiver programming and design, which formed the foundation of our RF propagational studies across Eastern Colorado. In addition, Bernardo was integral to the design of the ECRA ‘backhaul’ control software.

      Bernardo's untimely passing in 2025 is a tragic loss for all. His dedication to advancing ECRAs mission, goals and capabilities will always be remembered.
